Who are Decora?
A family run business, Decora has been established for over 35 years and is a well-recognised and trusted supplier to the window blind industry across the UK and Europe.
Encompassing over 10 different brands Decora’s diverse product range comprises of roller and louvre blinds, roof blinds, wood venetians, aluminium venetians, shutters and motorised blinds. Each Decora brand stands well-known in the industry with some of our biggest brands including Sunwood and The Fabric Box.

Brian Simpson, Engineering Manager
Part of the Decora Team since 2007
Studying Mechanical Engineering at University I joined Decora as a Placement Student before returning as a Graduate. Growing professionally over the years I am now Engineering Manager and feel the training I received has facilitated in my development; this includes Invest NI training on Lean Thinking, A3 problem solving, change management and operational improvement as well as the Decora Management Development Programme.
The team of people I work with at Decora are always willing to help and support one another and as the company continues to grow there is always something new to learn and get involved with. I look forward to seeing the company flourish further and help others to develop, as I was helped.

Joining Decora as Production Operator my career has seen progression to Section Leader, Trainee Supervisor, Supervisor and onto my current role as Shift Manager. A key interest in internal promotion, Decora support colleagues wishing to progress within the company; many of my colleagues have developed as I have and I am privileged to be able to assist in the development of my team.
Looking to the future, I am excited about the new everyday challenges brought with continued company growth and I hope that every day I can continue to learn something new!

I joined Decora as an Analyst within the Purchasing Department and over the past 3 years Decora have supported me in developing my career from Analyst to Purchasing Manager. A combination of trusted responsibility, training programmes & consistent exposure to new areas of learning have facilitated my development.
