Ensuring faster transaction times, Decora offer EDI ordering – an electronic exchange which replaces the need to fax, phone, or email orders to Decora. Reduce the amount of paperwork by using EDI or online ordering and receive status updates with automated nightly reports giving details on the progress of your orders.
The new Production Scheduling System places each blind in an allocated manufacturing time slot. At the point of order, an order acknowledgement will be released to the customer confirming the order despatch date. This new system enables accurate production planning, accurate information and improves overall service levels.
Quality checking is an integral part of the blind manufacturing process at Decora. Each blind is rigorously checked to ensure the highest quality standards are attained. Sophisticated packaging machines rapidly adjust each carton to fit the individual product, preventing any damage in transit.
