Production Operatives – Various Shifts
We are recruiting for 5 set shift patterns at present:
- Permanent Day Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. (37.5 hours per week)
- Permanent Day Shift, 4 day week: Week 1 Mon to Wed 5am-3pm, Thu 5am-2.30pm, Week 2 Tues to Thu 5am-3pm, Fri 5am-2.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Permanent Part Time Day Shift: Monday to Friday 9.30am-2.30pm (25 hrs per week)
- Permanent Evening Shift: Monday to Wednesday 3.30pm – 1.30am and Thursday 3.30pm – 1am. (37.5 hours per week)
- Permanent Part Time Evening Shift: Mon to Thu 5.30pm – 10.30pm (20 hrs per week)
Pay Rates:
- Day Shifts – £11.70 per hour starting rate
- Evening Shifts – £11.70 per hour starting rate, plus 13% shift bonus = £13.22 per hour
- Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process (building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, cleaning as and when required by management)
- Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency
- Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance
- Basic numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written
- Legal entitlement to live and work in UK
- Ability to stand for long periods and good level of physical fitness
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets
- Experience of using hand tools
